About

Since its inception, the National Medical Association has sought to serve as a critical information resource for its constituents, the medical community, and the population at large.   Critical educational resources are made available to NMA members at national, regional, local chapter meetings, Town halls, webinars, and in conjunction with other organizations.  As working in the field grows increasingly more demanding, NMA does its best to support and sustain its members.

In addition to members, the NMA seeks to provide the general population with accurate, relevant information. Technology has granted ready access to a vast array of medical resources, thus, the NMA is aware that its role as the conscience of American medicine is more important than ever.  Who will separate fact from fiction?  As it has for over a century, NMA assumes the role and continues to serve wherever possible.
